Virtual Performance Assessment from Intercultures: Full Day Certification
Schedule: February 16th, 8:30am - 5:00pm (including lunch)
Session Description: Virtuality has arrived in our professional realities. The winners of tomorrow will be companies that proactively drive the performance of their virtual co-operations (virtual leadership, remote project management, networking, etc.).
Do you experience the same changes that we do in our consulting services during the last years? Due to the globalization efforts of our customers and the increasing usage of communication technologies customer demands are getting increasingly complex: Not only do we have to deal with communication, cooperation and leadership in intercultural contexts, but also have to cover questions concerning virtual communication e.g. critical e-mail communication, netiquette, virtual meetings using web-based internet platforms plus time zone management. On top of that we are challenged by aspects of virtual leadership: remote project management and networking, usage of the right media for the right purpose in the context of employee management and authenticity.
In order to find solutions to these burning questions of your customers and to enlarge your product portfolio also to the virtual and intercultural world, we have developed a unique assessment tool specifically created to improve actions on the part of leaders, team members, and even entire organizations.
Some of the contents of the licensing workshop include:
• Theoretical background on the diagnostic instrument and technical usage of the webbased VPA® platform
• How to interpret the results of the survey
• How to use the VPA process for teams, groups, network and virtual leadership scenarios
• How to market both the VPA tool and your corresponding services
Who should attend: Interculturalists, corprate and HR professionals, educationists and researchers, virtual trainers and coaches
